Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly as they arrive and assist them with check-in procedures
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time
- Manage patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
- Process payments and manage billing enquiries with professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area, creating a welcoming environment for patients
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication
Requirements
- Previous dental reception experience is essential
- Administrative experience with strong organisational skills is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service
- Proficient in using computer systems and dental software applications
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
