We are seeking a driven and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our leadership team. This is not a traditional EA role—it is a hands-on position where you will help shape the future of the company by executing strategic projects, keeping teams on track, and ensuring key initiatives are delivered on time. You will be working closely with the CEO and leadership team to build systems, processes, and structures that support growth and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of experience in the food or hospitality sector, strong project management skills, and the ability to influence and drive outcomes across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to deliver high-impact projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and outcomes are met.
- Lead the company formalisation project, including:
- Establishing a central management system and standardized processes.
- Defining company-wide standards, policies, and procedures.
- Designing and implementing a new hire training program.
- Setting up regular qualification checks for new and existing staff.
- Introducing performance monitoring systems and escalation paths.
- Overseeing rota and pay planning to ensure fairness and efficiency.
- Facilitating peer feedback processes to build a culture of accountability.
- Act as a project driver, coordinating across departments and ensuring accountability for outcomes.
- Provide structured reporting to the CEO on progress, risks, and next steps.
- Support the leadership team with strategic planning and operational alignment.
About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in a food, hospitality, or retail operations environment.
- Strong project management skills – able to take a goal, break it into steps, and deliver results.
- A proactive and driven mindset, with a bias for action and ability to push projects forward.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills – able to keep people accountable without formal authority.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
