Your New Role…

As part of our Global Business Services (GBS) People & Culture (P&C) Operations team, you’ll play a key role in partnering with our employees across the UK and beyond. This isn’t just another HR admin role—it’s your opportunity to shape how employees experience our company from day one.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Address employee and manager queries via ServiceNow on pay, absence, benefits, and policy.
Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, including onboarding, job changes, and exits.
Prepare employment contracts, benefit documents, and employment verifications.
Guide users on self-service tools and work closely with EMEA P&C teams.
Review, audit, and correct HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance (e.g., SOX, data privacy).
Contribute to payroll accuracy and large-scale data changes (e.g., mergers, acquisitions).
Maintain employee records.
Assist with team training, documentation, and workload balancing.
Take part in process improvements and EC-related projects.
Qualifications & Experience…
Experience: Proven experience in HR administration, ideally in a global shared services environment. Must handle classified information appropriately.
Language Requirements: Fluency in other European languages is advantageous, but not necessary.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR/case management tools; quick to learn new systems.
Process & Organisation: Skilled in process improvement, problem-solving, and managing high-volume tasks with minimal supervision.
Communication: Clear, adaptable communicator with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
