Job summary – What to expect:

As CooperVision’s EMEA Senior Strategic Revenue Lead, you’ll primarily support the EMEA marketing function by bringing insight-led decision-making on portfolio, category, and customer strategic business questions with a primary focus on pricing analytics and insight-led pricing strategy.

You’ll work closely with the Brand, Customer Marketing, Finance and Sales Operation Teams to partner on bringing relevant insights into a data story, recommending strategic direction, and supporting implementation at the regional and market level.

The main focus of the role will be:

  • Creating, executing, and embedding a tangible long-term insight-led portfolio (Brand and Private Label) and market (by country/channel/customer) pricing revenue strategy including being responsible for developing pricing reports, revenue models, and pricing/promo frameworks.

The role will also look to develop further analytical approaches to broader revenue analytics including long-range revenue growth by country, channel and product and create a more streamlined approach to finding, using and dashboarding relevant pockets of growth.

This position will report directly to the Senior Director for Category & Customer Enablement and will be part of a wider team that includes Category Insights, Marketing Operations and Customer Marketing, as well as have a dotted line to the Sales Operations Director.

About you:

A successful candidate will be naturally curious and have demonstratable experience of working with pricing analytics at a senior level to support plans of building long-term pricing strategies across UK and ideally multiple other countries. The candidate would be expected to be highly analytical with excellent stakeholder management. There will be clear experience of being able to take raw pricing data, interpret, analyse, with a view of creating commercial insights.

Having worked cross functionally within an international matrix organisation, working with systems such like COGNOS, Tableau and/or possibly Hyperion is highly advantageous.

You’ll be a confident character working at both a strategic and hands on level, demonstrating a strong aptitude for collaboration, excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
