The role
St Richard’s Hospice is looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our Income Generation Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your digital expertise to help make a real difference to the lives of patients and families across Worcestershire.
With the role based at St Richards’ Hospice itself, you will undertake creative campaigns, from design to completion, with the objective of engaging with supporters to maximise on income generation and build upon the profile and reputation of the hospice.
In addition you will creatively inspire supporters and new audiences to engage in campaigns and events, growing supporter numbers and interaction across an array of social media and digital channels, including the hospice website.
The role will include working alongside our business development, fundraising and retail team teams to research, develop and implement new campaigns, digital platforms and technologies to keep income generation within St Richard’s Hospice innovative, forward-thinking and appropriate to a variety of demographics and audiences. To continually spot opportunities to grow support amongst our community, keeping communications timely, interesting and appealing to both new and existing supporters.

About you
We’re looking for someone with:
- A solid understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and social media platforms.
- Experience in creating engaging content – written, visual, and video.
- Ability to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution, with the ability to measure campaign success.
- Excellent copywriting skills and creative flair.
- A proactive, organised, and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
- Qualification or courses undertaken in Digital marketing or marketing
