We are looking for an eager individual with fantastic communication skills to join our growing team at Iffley Dental!
As a dental receptionist, you will be a key member of the dental team; from the first phone call to the completion of treatment, you will be there to fully support the patient’s needs. You may also be supporting the dentist with various admin roles and be in charge of delivering outstanding customer service to all patients.
To be considered for a receptionist position at Iffley Dental you must have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, be warm and friendly towards patients, and have the patients and the practice’s needs in mind at all times. A dental background is essential for the receptionist job.

The applicant should be/have:

- Able to cover reception/admin duties where required.
- SOE software experience preferable
- References, DBS check, will be required upon offer of position

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services in clear English.
- Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication.
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support efficient operations.
- Process payments and insurance claims, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
