Horfield Dental Care is looking for a receptionist to cover maternity leave. We’re looking for a candidate to join and support our busy-predominantly private dental practice. Working approx. 37/40 hours per week
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to work in a friendly, modern, forward thinking practice. Experience within the dental setting is preferable but not essential, as training can be provided.
Essential Requirements:

- Welcoming front of house manner
- Professional yet caring telephone manner
- Smart appearance
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent IT skills
Experience:
- Dental: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Job Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing correspondence
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Answering emails and sorting post
- Answering phone calls and taking messages as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
