An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Time (P/T considered) Dental Receptionist at our thriving, busy private practice in Craig y Don, Llandudno. Would ideally suit someone with experience in reception work and/or dental nursing. Pay is from £28K for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
- Handle payments and insurance verifications with accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Process patient documentation and ensure proper filing of records.
- Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Qualities preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
