We're seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Full-Time Dental Receptionist for our Bishop’s Stortford practice. Your role is crucial in providing top-notch customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth running of our front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients warmly, managing calls and emails efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized reception area.
- Handle patient check-ins, paperwork, payments, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with dental staff for seamless appointment coordination.
- Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- Previous dental or medical receptionist experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good computer skills for managing appointments, patient records, and correspondence.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying working hours when required.
- Familiarity with dental procedures and software is advantageous.
Requirements:
- Full-time availability, including flexibility for evenings and occasional weekends.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the Bishop’s Stortford practice.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional dental office administration certification is a plus.
