We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Data Processing team in Nottingham.
As a Data Processing Support, you’ll play a key role in assisting the team lead with daily operations, ensuring data accuracy, and helping maintain performance standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in a data-focused environment and build foundational leadership and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Data Processing Lead in coordinating daily team activities and task allocation
- Perform quality checks on processed data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in tracking team performance metrics and preparing reports
- Help identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Act as a point of contact for basic queries and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain documentation and assist in onboarding and training new team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a data processing, administrative, or back-office role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and support team goals
- Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools is a plus
