We’re hiring: Data Assistant – Join our values-led hospice team
Would you like to use your skills to make a real difference?
We’re looking for a Data Assistant who’s ready for a role that’s both purposeful and rewarding. If you enjoy working with information, have an eye for detail, and want to support a team that helps people at one of the most important times in their lives, this could be the job for you.
At Community Hospice, we have one purpose: helping people living with a terminal illness to live as well as they can, for as long as they can. Behind the scenes, accurate, timely, and well-managed data plays a vital part in making that possible. From ensuring patients get the right care, to helping our teams spot opportunities for improvement, your work will directly support our mission.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the hospice, from nurses and doctors to managers and volunteers, making sure information is clear, accurate, and useful. You’ll have the chance to bring fresh ideas, notice new patterns, and help us work smarter through data.
What we’re offering:
· A role within a supportive, values-driven team
· Training and development opportunities to grow your data and systems skills
· The chance to play a key part in improving how we use information every day
· A friendly workplace where your ideas and curiosity will be encouraged
What we’re looking for:
· Someone with great attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
· A confident user of IT systems, eager to learn new tools and approaches
· A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
· Above all, someone who’s open to change, ready to spot opportunities, and motivated by making a difference
Sound like a good fit?
We’d love to hear from you. Come and bring your skills to a team where you’ll be valued, supported, and inspired every day.
