Our team is looking for a friendly Customer Support Team Lead that genuinely cares about providing amazing service to all customers. This person must have experience in managing / supervising customer support agents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keep our customers happy!
Maintain high standards of customer service to hit company KPIs
Monitor support metrics to understand how we are doing
Be your team’s biggest cheerleader, through the ups and downs
Keep a friendly relationship with our suppliers
Regularly review customer support systems and processes for ways we can optimise how we work
Admin including making shift schedules, approving team holiday etc.
