About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator to take on a pivotal role across ACI Group & Oomph Works. In this position, you will manage and take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain and logistics co-ordination for your division(s), while delivering exceptional customer service and account management. Alongside your customer service responsibilities, you will support sales by helping to identify lead opportunities, engaging prospects and promote our products to support our vision for growth. This is a dynamic, customer facing role that requires a proactive, curious, and service-focused approach. You will help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, ultimately servicing our customers to the best possible standards. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of our operations, working across multiple business areas and having the opportunity to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ communication and requests, through a variety of communication methods, ensuring excellent service and relationship management.
- Processing and managing sales orders, stock levels, and purchase orders to ensure smooth delivery throughout the supply chain.
- Communicate and coordinate with external third-party logistics, warehousing partners, and suppliers.
- Manage customer accounts and relationships proactively, ensuring satisfaction, retention and identifying new opportunities.
- Supporting the Sales Team, with helping to gather prospect contacts, reaching out to potential new customers, providing quotations and assisting with pricing, budgeting and forecasting.
- Support and assist handle our lead generation initiatives to enhance prospecting for growth, identifying opportunities and engaging promptly with new potential customers to obtain interest and promote our offerings.
- Maintaining accurate CRM and internal ERP system records.
About You

- Previous experience in service customer-facing environments.
