Dolphin Appliance Care Ltd is a well-established expanding domestic appliance repair company requiring a customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our busy team.
Core Role/Duties
Responsible for handling appliance repair related telephone calls from customers, engineers, contractors and work providers and deal with each call as necessary in a busy and challenging environment which aims to provide first class service to an increasing number of customers.
You must be an excellent communicator, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
We are looking for honest individuals who will take pride in meeting our customer needs with good keyboard skills and the ability to learn web-based portals and software provided by Manufacturers.
Responsibilities
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and portals in a professional manner.
· Maintain accurate records through data entry and ensure all customer interactions are logged appropriately
· Organise engineer call outs to customers premises
· Pre-screen calls to identify parts required
· Provide feedback to customers post service visit
· Up-dating web portals provided by trade partners
· Closing calls & submitting invoices once the repairs are complete
· A calm and relaxed persona for a busy and pressurized environment
· Ability to multitask
· Investigate/ follow up and resolve enquires with Insurance companies
· Pro-active approach to work in progress calls
· Assist in other departments when necessary
Skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to analyse information effectively and make informed decisions.
· Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.
· Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
