What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and positivity
- Assisting customers with queries, problem-solving, and providing first-class service
- Working across a variety of campaigns, gaining exposure to different industries
- Recording and managing customer information accurately
- Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and effective operations
