You will be the first point of contact for our customers on the phone and in person as you greet and guide them from your base at reception. Customer focus and keeping keeping the charity organised are key to this role, along with a friendly helpful manner.
This position is vital to the efficient day to day running of the organization and can be very busy and demanding. You will need to be a very able & confident communicator, with an organised style and familiarity in dealing with the public, cash handling and simple computer systems.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, a friendly approach and the ability to work with people from all walks of life. We are a small team, so flexibility is also key.
