Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the financial services sector. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be essential in fostering positive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers, enhancing their understanding of our financial services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products and services.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in analysing data to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
