Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills as well as the ability to analyse customer needs.

This role is for a fixed term contract until the end of November. There may be a potential to go permanent at the end of the contract, depending on the needs of the business at the time and if the candidate is the right fit for the team.

We will need someone to be immediately available for this position.

Please note, this is an admin / office based Customer Service role that will be answering phones and emails - Retail or In-Store experience is not applicable.
