We are one of the UK’s fastest growing specialist glazing solution providers offering high quality products manufactured in house and installed nationwide by our expert fitting teams.
Due to phenomenal growth we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy team.
You will portray professionalism and confidence and be able to build and maintain close relationships with our customers. As an integral part of the job you will be required to provide support for departmental administrative duties while providing both internal and external customers with an excellent level of service ensuring efficiency of response times, query resolution and problem solving. It is critical that you are confident in accepting ownership of issues through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with departmental administrative duties ensuring speedy and continuous workflow processes
· Dealing with incoming customer telephone and e mail queries and following up in a proactive and expedient manner
· Dealing with customer queries and complaints offering advice and guidance on resolution
· Collaborate with all relevant internal departments including Sales, Installations and Aftersales
· Build specific product knowledge
· Efficient management of customer orders via established Company processes
Experience and Qualifications required
· A strong customer service background , or being able to demonstrate this in another fashion
· Previous experience within the construction or glazing industry although this is not a pre-requisite - we're always happy to invest time in our people
· Confident and polite telephone manner - most of the job will be phone based.
· Excellent time management and personal organisation skills - we work with deadlines for clients, and need to be flexible enough to balance what needs to be done on a day to day basis.
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office
· Maths & English GCSE or equivalent grades A-C or 4-9

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
