**Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between different departments and our customers
**Duties:**
- Act as a bridge between internal departments and our customers, to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide support with preparing paperwork for the ECO submissions team.
- Assist in sales-related activities and customer interactions.
- Utilize our internal CRM to manage and track interactions.
- Assist with customer queries and complaints where relevant
- Obtain information at the customers request where details are required both before and after the work has taken place
- Ensure customers recieve all of the necessary documentation the require at the handover point of the installation
**Requirements:**
- Strong interperonal skills to manage customers from all walks of life.
- The ability to approach each customer with care, compassion and understanding whilst maintaining our company ethos.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
