Salary (Pro Rata): 22,000-26,000 pro rata per year (based on 3 days/week, depending on experience and proximity to office)

We are at an exciting stage of growth, expanding both our online business and Partner Network across the UK and Europe. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional with sales experience to join our team. If you thrive on delivering great service, managing relationships, and driving partner recruitment and up sales, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (UK & Europe)
- Manage day-to-day customer service operations across English and German-speaking regions.
- Handle orders and queries from private customers, wholesalers, affiliates, and online platforms.
- Conduct proactive calls for upselling, surveys, and customer retention.
- Manage complaints and enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Affiliate Development & Support
- Support and grow our affiliate/partner programmes in the UK, Germany and rest of Europe.
- Proactively contact online shops, wellness centres, bloggers, influencers and SPAs for endorsements and partnerships.
- Assist in LinkedIn and Instagram outreach and other proactive lead-generation tasks.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations for campaign delivery and recruitment.
Cross-Departmental Support
- Share customer insights for product/service innovation.
- Assist other departments during peak periods or absences.
- Contribute ideas for new services or content based on customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent or near-native English; German is a strong advantage.
- Experience in customer service and sales roles.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a confident phone manner.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to work under pressure and with an inquisitive mindset, finding solutions where needed.
- Comfortable using ICT tools (Email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

Desirable: Interest or background in health, wellness, or nutrition sectors.
Salary & Working Hours
- £22,000-26,000 pro rata pa, 3-day working week
- Flexible working options including part work-from-home.
