We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed individual to join our expanding team!
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deal with all customers in a professional manner across all platforms, such as telephone, email and online chat
- Provide customers with quotes, product information and process sales through the appropriate software
- Arrange deliveries of orders, communicating dates and times to the customer
- Deal with complains in a sympathetic and professional manner
- Proactively follow up outstanding customer quotations and seek assistance if required to win business
You will need to have a good level of IT, English and Maths skills and previous customer service experience is preferred. Full and in-depth training will be given therefore experience in fire safety is not essential.
