Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
- Serve meals to customers, ensuring an excellent dining experience through attentive service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Keep the kitchen clean and tidy by doing dishes, cleaning surfaces and floors
Experience
- Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in meal preparation.
- Previous experience serving customers in a dining context is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for food and cooking, with a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field.
