Contracts Administrator - TruBuild Group Ltd
Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a can do attitude to join our growing team!
As a Contract Administrator at TruBuild Group Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction business by managing contracts and ensuring smooth operations in the residential, insurance, and commercial sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing logistics, supply chain management, and negotiating contracts efficiently.
The role will compromise of the following duties;
-Organising projects
-Various admin tasks
-Creating estimates, variations and reports
-Assisting with the organising and planning of upcoming / ongoing projects
-Liaising with directly employed trades and subcontractors
-Navigating and updating client portals / software
-Reconciliation of completed works
-Closure of projects
-Speaking with clients / customers over email / telephone
The above items will be overseen by senior management offering training and support throughout the progression of the role.
The role is office based.
Once we are satisfied that the applying candidate is proficiently completing their duties independently and without the need for support, we will then review your current package.
Our requirements;
-Have an excellent understanding of IT
-Be able to communicate professionally at all times
-Have a basic understanding of the construction industry and basic knowledge of building practices.
-Full drivers licence
