Are you passionate about regulatory compliance in healthcare? Do you want to play a key role in shaping how professional services support members in navigating complex regulations?
We’re looking for a talented individual to expand our expertise in regulatory compliance within our Professional Services teams. You will create insightful educational content, provide thought leadership, and help guide our ongoing strategy to support members in meeting regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and deliver compelling regulatory compliance content to educate and empower our members.- Collaborate with colleagues across education, business development, marketing, and legal teams to ensure content is relevant and impactful.
- Work closely with members, research partners, and senior stakeholders to gather insights that shape your content and influence our business approach.
- Serve as a trusted expert on regulatory compliance matters, helping teams and members navigate evolving healthcare regulations.
- Build strong relationships with external regulators, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to stay ahead of regulatory changes.
- Continuously update your knowledge to keep our content fresh, accurate, and aligned with the latest legal and regulatory developments.
Who You Are:
Experienced in medical or dental healthcare settings regulated by the CQC.- Knowledgeable about healthcare legislation, clinical governance, and national NHS policies.
- A clear communicator, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences and engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Dedicated to quality and professional development, with strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- CQC Experience is essential
- Dental/ medical is highly desirable but not essential for this role.
