Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Compliance Administrator to support the smooth onboarding and administrative processes for apprentices across various programmes. This role involves managing key documentation, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship funding rules, and providing essential support to our training delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Data Management: Facilitate the onboarding process for apprentices by setting up accounts in systems (such as bksb and Smart Assessor), verifying eligibility according to funding rules, and ensuring all enrolment documents are accurate and compliant for audit. Maintain precise learner records by auditing data entry and cross-referencing with documentation (e.g., certificates, IDs).
- Programme & Compliance Support: Provide essential administrative support to the delivery team, helping manage compliance with apprenticeship funding rules. This includes tracking off-the-job training hours, progress reviews, and learning support plans. Ensure that programme documentation meets all compliance requirements through regular audits.
- Qualification & Assessment Coordination: Register apprentices for required qualifications and coordinate assessments, including booking End-Point Assessments (EPA) with a variety of awarding bodies. Schedule and manage Functional Skills exams and other sessions to align with programme milestones.
- Customer Service & Communication: Act as a point of contact for apprentice, employer, and team queries via email and phone, providing clear and professional responses. Regularly generate and present reports from PICs and other systems to keep the management team informed on program progress.
- General Administration & HR Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing equipment, reference checks, and employment contract preparation for new hires. Support withdrawal, break in learning and other changes documentation for apprentices as needed, ensuring smooth transitions within the programme.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
