- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors.
- Utilise social media for marketing and advertising
- Conduct market research to identify new fundraising opportunities and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, ensuring their experience is positive and engaging.
- Prepare reports on fundraising activities and outcomes for stakeholders.
- Attend events and networking opportunities to represent the organisation and promote its mission.
Skills
- Proven experience in fundraising or related fields is prefered.
- Strong relationship skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for public relations.
- Strong customer service orientation, ensuring donor satisfaction at all times.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
