Performance Bullet (formerly known as Caffeine Bullet) isn’t just a sports nutrition company — we’re a performance movement.

We started with a single product that changed the game for endurance athletes: high-dose caffeine chews designed for speed and simplicity. They powered world records, Ironman podiums, and trail-blazing performances — and earned us investment on BBC’s Dragons’ Den from Steven Bartlett and Peter Jones … (how could they resist.)
Now, we’re expanding into a full range of smart, science-backed chews designed to boost body and brain — from runners and riders to startup founders and students.

The Role: Community & Content Lead
You’ll be the heartbeat of our brand — building our online presence, managing our influencer and ambassador network, and creating world-class content that gets attention, sparks conversation, and fuels our growth.
This is not a corporate gig. It's creative. It's fast. It's scrappy and strategic. You're not just managing socials — you're telling the story of a brand that’s changing how people move, think, and perform.
Your mission:
- Create content that gets attention — short-form video, memes, athlete clips, behind-the-scenes, launches, user-generated content — everything from TikTok to Instagram to YouTube Shorts. You’ll also be the best buddy to Boss Bullet (David Hellard, our founder), working closely with him on events, stunts, and all kinds of content creating chaos in and around London.
- Build our influencer & ambassador program — the Bullettes and the Bandits. We’re already partnering with a range from elite athletes to micro-creators. We’re looking for someone who can analyse what’s working, spot content trends, upskill our partners and turn them into a cohesive community of awesome.
- Manage our social media presence across platforms, responding to comments, and making us feel alive and human.
- Pitch and execute campaigns that excite and grow the community (challenges, collabs, giveaways, surprise drops).
- Help shape the brand voice — irreverent, smart, sporty, and addictive.
You Might Be a Fit If You Are:
- A natural storyteller with a brain for brand and an eye for content that spreads.
- Deep in the world of TikTok and Instagram — you know what works and what flops.
- Passionate about performance, sport, and self-improvement — or at least obsessed with people who are.
- Experienced in managing creators/influencers or building online communities.
- Comfortable with Canva/CapCut/Adobe or similar tools to quickly turn ideas into content.
- Not afraid to get in front of the camera (or put a friend in front of it).
- Creative, entrepreneurial, fast-moving — and can turn a scrappy idea into something smart and polished.
