Walfinch West Suffolk are currently seeking high quality community care assistants for full time and part time positions across West Suffolk.

We are looking for care Workers that are passionate and caring and want to make a difference in someone’s life by providing a high quality of support.

Some of your roles and responsibilities will be as follows but not exclusive:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
  • Support or undertake household duties.
  • Administer or prompting of medication
  • Companionship
  • Social activities
  • Pet Care
  • Attending appointments
  • Shopping

About The Role

We are looking for hard-working, positive, and pro-active individuals and in return we will offer you:

  • Starting Yearly Salary from £27,040
  • Double pay for Bank Holidays and Triple pay for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years.
  • Paid mileage
  • Paid travel time
  • 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).
  • Free DBS, Uniform and PPE.
  • Local office and on call support 7 days a week.
  • Full training provided on induction and throughout your career with us.

  • On-going recognition and support by the management team.

  • Have a valid Driving Licence and own a car,
