Client Relationship Executive - Full time role, but part-time will be considered.

Main purpose of the job:

This is a key role in the growth of STALSEN. The main purpose is to maintain and grow existing and new relationships with a specific customer base in the UK.

A brief overview of the role:

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with all customer stakeholders
• Responsible for achieving sales targets with selected customers
• Plan and action a growth strategy for selected customers
• On board new customers to help plan and action the roll out phase
• Look for opportunities to cross-sell with other gloves
• Log all opportunities and communication on CRM and track accordingly
• Set-up new contacts in CRM when communicated with
• Participate in sales meetings and relevant regional focus meetings
• Communicate sample requests and confirm once delivered
• Deliver the STALSEN brand experience in all communication
• Attend site visits and customer events
• Deliver on KPI’s
