Client Care Coordinator (Mortgage Operations)
Location: Office-based – Romsey, UK
Type: Full-time
Are you looking to build a career in financial services and want a role where you’ll make a real difference to people’s lives? We’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our friendly team in our Romsey office. You’ll be the first person clients speak to, guiding them through the mortgage process, keeping things organised, and making sure they always feel supported.
This is a great role if you’re early in your career and want to gain valuable experience in a professional environment. We’ll give you all the training and support you need - you just need enthusiasm, good communication skills, and the motivation to get things done.
What you’ll do
- Be the friendly voice and first point of contact for new clients
- Help clients book their mortgage appointments and keep them updated along the way
- Organise documents, check they’re clear and complete, and follow up if anything’s missing
- Keep track of cases in our systems so nothing slips through the cracks
- Stay in touch with everyone involved in the process – clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents – to keep things moving smoothly and share updates
- Book in client review appointments when a mortgage offer is issued or when it’s due for renewal
- Support the team with admin tasks and keep everything running smoothly
- Celebrate with clients when their mortgage completes and check in afterwards to see how they’re doing
What you’ll bring
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
- Organised and reliable - you’ll be juggling different tasks and timelines
- You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and find it easy to talk to people
- Comfortable using email, phone, and basic software (we’ll teach you the rest)
- Some experience in customer service, admin, or working with people would be helpful, but isn’t essential
What you’ll get
- Full training and ongoing support – we’ll show you everything you need to know
- The chance to build a career in mortgages and financial services
- A supportive team culture where your ideas are valued
- Experience that will set you up for progression into client advice, operations, or management roles in the future
Success in this role looks like
- Clients feel informed, cared for, and supported
- Documents are collected quickly and completely
- Appointments for reviews and renewals are booked on time
- Everyone involved in the process is kept up to date and working together smoothly
- The team can focus on advice while you keep everything moving
Interested?
If you’re organised, people-focused, and want to start a career where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
