Base Location: Livingston
Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000

Role Overview:
Our teams are growing, and we are looking to hire a Claims Coordinator to join our Compliance Team based in Livingston. The main purpose of the Claims Coordinator position is to ensure that all the documents submitted are accurate, and funding claims are submitted in a timely manner.
What will you be doing?
- Gathering documents and files together in preparation for submission and methodically checking each section of the document is correct to ensure all details are accurate. This can vary depending on the job but as an example, you will be:
- Confirming the customer / clients details are correct and all measurements for the job are installed correctly.
- The tenure matches the tenure document and pictures are included if this is requested by the client.
- Serial numbers are correct, and proof of earnings and ID has been provided.
- Updating the spreadsheets to track invoices / claims and checking that all data has been entered into the company database correctly as well as auditing the spreadsheets, database and documents to ensure accuracy.
- Liaise with internal departments and external companies to ensure accuracy of documents submitted.
- Ensure the delivery of the Service Level Agreements/client specifications to ensure business is credited for works completed.
What Should You Have?
- Compliance / Submission experience with ECO and/or GBIS funded measures.
- An understanding of PAS & Retrofit processes.
- Proficiency in Excel/Adobe PDF forms.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
- Previous Administration and data entry experience using Outlook packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
