Overview
The Support Worker plays a vital role in providing assistance and care to individuals, particularly children, ensuring their well-being and development. Duties

Skills
- Experience with children, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs and behaviours.
- Strong driving skills with a valid driving licence for transporting clients as necessary.
- Knowledge of childcare practices and principles.
- Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
