Buying Office Administrator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a smart and professional individual to join a successful Buying Team as a Buying Office Administrator
You will be based at our Head Office in Grangemouth where you will receive training in all aspects of Buying Administration.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to learn and be trained by highly experienced Buyers with the end goal of you becoming an outstanding Buying Administrator.
What you will be doing as a Buying Office Administrator?
- Assist with all general administration duties including answering of phone calls, taking messages, emails, filing, photocopying & data input.
- Chasing orders & speaking to suppliers
- Learning how to place orders
- Learning how to use the EPoS system
- Learning how to up-to-date price information
- Liaising with colleagues in all parts of the business
- Resolving problems relating to price issues & barcodes in association with Buyers
- Internal Mail duties
