This has involved close partnership working with all agencies across the neighbourhood to provide sub threshold support around prevention and wellbeing and sign posting to available information, advice and resources across the local neighbourhood.

Tameside Adult Services are looking to appoint to business support posts in one of our neighbourhood teams. These bases are at Selbourne House; Ashton Primary Care Centre; Denton Town Hall and Dukinfield Town Hall. The ideal candidate is someone who is energetic and highly motivated. These roles are a critical part of teams who are key to representing the face of Adult social care to the public, particularly around long term support for people as adults or carers who are receiving care and support.

The role requires an excellent understanding and utilisation of Microsoft packages; i.e. Excel; Word; Outlook and Powerpoint applications. You will also use an Adult Services System and a telephone system.

The post holders would also support and work as part of a business support team across localities in Tameside.
