We are looking for a Business Support Specialist who will work with our business support team specifically supporting our core business systems.
This will include some coding, utilization & understanding of AI best practices, however the core part of the role will be supporting the wider business with business central queries/tickets.
Must haves:
- Some form of experience in Coding & working with Ai whether through a degree BsC, MsC, previous employment or personal projects.
- Visual studio & Github / Dev Ops experience.
- Ability to create easy to read & understand documentation.
- Ability to explain complex issues in an easy to understand way.
- Ability to work within a team.
Nice to have:
- Business central 26 experience in a development or support role.
- Any Microsoft or coding certifications or equivalent.
- 2+ years in IT support or business support role.
Relevant certification training will be provided for successful candidates.
