Role Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality administrative support, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and general office tasks.
- Manage communications and correspondence professionally, ensuring timely responses and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate records and data systems, and support financial processes such as invoicing and purchase orders.
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate effective information exchange.
- Provide flexible support across the Directorate and take on developmental tasks to aid career growth.
- We are looking for a candidate who enjoys collaborative working across a number of teams.
- You will enjoy problem solving and delivering a professional service. You'll be interested in legal and democratic processes.
- Level 3 Business Administration qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in business support within fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including minute-taking and report writing.
- Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Sound judgement in prioritising tasks and managing workloads effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information and records.

Our roles are either designated ‘site based’ or ‘home based’. ‘Site based’ roles can include up to two days a week working from home whilst ‘home based’ roles are based at home four days a week. Of course, managers designate which category roles are in based on the needs of the service and the circumstances.
