Healthxchange proudly partner with award-winning brands including Obagi Medical, Medik8, Jan Marini, and Jane Iredale to strategically commercialise their products in market. We currently supply over 9,000 clinics with a full range of products (Skincare, Injectables, Energy-based devices) and services (software & education) to support their 360 business needs. The company offers a dynamic environment for innovation and growth in the medical aesthetic space.

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Growth Partner to join our Sales team. This role will play a key part in activating sales and awareness of key product ranges within the Healthxchange customer base by developing collaborative and profitable relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Covering the UK & Ireland you will work remotely with specifically selected accounts that have an appetite to grow their business with our portfolio of brands.
  • Collaboratively work with a selected number of accounts across the UK & Ireland within an account management capacity to accelerate their business with our portfolio
  • Develop sustainable relationships with the business owner and staff to achieve agreed business aims and targets, whilst carefully managing personal time and productivity.
  • Generate, maintain and develop sales with an emphasis on Jan Marini Skin Research, jane iredale and other defined skincare products.
  • Partner with a selected group of accounts, in an agreed period of time to increase their spend with Healthxchange products.
  • Conduct regular, planned virtual meetings with selected accounts that align with the accounts strategic plan for growth.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies as requested.
  • Use customer and data analysis to direct effort to deliver best return.
  • Provide bespoke, remote training plans on brand product, protocols and retailing, enlisting support from the education team where necessary but hosting education sessions yourself where possible.
  • Support the sales team to generate new leads and create opportunities across Healthxchange brands.
  • Respond to and follow up sales opportunities using appropriate and timely methods.
  • Use tech to work smarter: Data capture and reporting. Record, analyse, report, update and administer relevant systems and company information requirements.
  • Routinely access product knowledge to deliver excellence in education.
  • Work closely with line manager to identify training needs and deliver solutions to raising overall skills and knowledge level to understand the Healthxchange portfolio and how to promote them.
  • Attend and present at internal and external meetings to aid business development.
  • Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to self and care of equipment.
  • Carry out additional and ad hoc duties as and when required as requested by the management of the company.

Requirements:

Essential


  • Proven commercial account management demonstrating high standards of sales skill, business acumen and customer service.
  • Fluent communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience within the skincare industry, with a high standard of clinical knowledge.

Desirable


  • NVQ Level 3 minimum
  • Clinic experience
