Pegasus Group are recruiting for two Business Administrators to join our Cirencester office!
What are we looking for.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive.
As part of the wider Pegasus Group, these roles involve assisting in project administration and providing secretarial support to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. One role will be assisting with the Urban Design team, whilst the other role will be supporting the wider multi-disciplinary Teams within the office.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
- Microsoft office suite (Intermediate level)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communicational and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and well as on your own.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Experience of invoicing and billing is advantageous
- Assisting with travel and booking meetings
