Dairsie Autopoint Limited is a family run business, trading for over 55 years.
They specialise in the leisure market, selling and converting campervans as well as operating a commercial garage with petrol filing station.

21 - 35 hours per week, days and times to be discussed.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our operations. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our office, supporting day-to-day administrative activities, maintaining a professional working environment and providing essential support to the team.
Main Duties:
· Manage and maintain business supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate and
that orders are placed, received and put into stock.
· Ordering vehicle parts
· Maintain business contracts with suppliers
· Manage customer bookings and provide vehicle updates
· Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls,
· Organise and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
· Respond to and manage staff requests / enquiries.
· Ensure that health & safety paperwork is completed and up to date.
· Customer invoices and quotes
· Welcoming & greeting customers as well as helping to serve in the shop.
· Listing our vehicles for sale online and ensuring that vehicle stock is up to date.
· Updates to the company website
· Working as part of a team.
· Any other duties reasonably requested by line manager.
Essential skills
· Experience in Office Administration
· Proficient user of Microsoft Office
· Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
· Can work well under pressure and without constant supervision
· High attention to detail
· A proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Desirable skills
· Experience in the motor / leisure industry
· Experience in listing information online.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
