We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Executive to help us take our brands to the next level. Reporting into our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, creating and delivering strategic, creative, and commercially focused campaigns that drive sales, customer growth, and brand loyalty.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading on integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals
- Turning trading priorities into clear, actionable plans across all customer touchpoints
- Owning the marketing content calendar, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Creating and overseeing content strategies for social, email, blog, web, and paid channels
- Writing engaging copy for campaigns, websites, press releases, and more
- Building and nurturing relationships with agencies, influencers, and partners
- Tracking performance, reporting on KPIs and ROI, and using insights to optimise future activity
- Supporting and mentoring team members to help them thrive
- Presenting campaign plans and results to senior stakeholders with confidence
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 1 year experience as Marketing Exec level
- A strategic, commercially minded marketer who can link activity to business outcomes
- A creative storyteller with a flair for fresh ideas and engaging content
- Analytical, data-driven, and confident making recommendations for improvement
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects at once
- A collaborative and engaging team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient, adaptable, proactive and ready to make bold decisions
