We are seeking the right person to join our dynamic team. As the face of our business, you'll be responsible for greeting customers, scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on and varied role so you will be versatile and keen to learn. This is not a receptionist role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments for collection/delivery of vehicles
- Check vehicles in for repair and hand over repaired vehicles.
- Process new insurance claims.
- Hand over total loss vehicles to salvage agents
- Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Provide general support to office when needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Experience in a customer service role a plus
- Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
- Full Driving license essential
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with Saturday Morning Rota.

Pay: £24,420.00-£36,151.27 per year
