Located just steps from Ewell West Station, Rico’s is a small, family‑run café born from a passion for crafting the perfect cup and building connections. We focus on friendly service, top‑tier beans from a local roaster and a space that feels like home.
Whether you’re popping in for your morning espresso, settling in with a toasted panini, or lingering over brunch with friends, Rico’s invites everyone to relax, connect, and enjoy. If you love great coffee, hearty, wholesome food, and helping foster a warm, welcoming vibe—we’d love to hear from you!
The Role

- Prepare simple, wholesome dishes (think toasted sourdough, salads, brunch classics) while following strict food‑handling and allergen protocols.
- Chat with customers, remember their “usuals” and help foster a welcoming vibe.
- Keep the bar sparkling, restock, dial in grinders and close down to a high standard.
- Suggest ideas for community events, seasonal drinks and food specials—we’re all ears.
