About The Role

Are you an experienced talent acquisition professional, who has a passion for sourcing the very best talent, whilst delivering exceptional experience?
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our award-winning TA team, who is not only capable of working on a variety of different vacancies across multiple business areas at any one time, but can also bring their experience and get involved in projects to evolve and develop the way we recruit, our employer brand and other TA related initiatives.
As a lot of the vacancies you recruit for will be different, you will need to be experienced with proactively sourcing passive talent and attracting candidates. This isn’t a volume-based recruitment role, but you’ll be very busy recruiting for several different vacancies at one time, including operational and revenue generating.
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a hybrid role, where you will work from our Head Office in Hull 2 or more days a week, and the rest from home.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment journey for vacancies within assigned business areas of Arco, covering either or a mix of operational or revenue generating roles
  • Sourcing and attracting the best external talent to Arco using creative advertising on job boards and social media, headhunting on job boards and social media databases
  • Ensuring candidates and new starters receive a best-in-class recruitment process and new onboarding experience
  • Developing relationships with internal stakeholders including Hiring Managers to understand recruitment requirements whilst providing advice and guidance to ensure best practice
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with the design and delivery of Arco’s recruitment strategy
  • Creating external and internal talent pools for assigned business areas to ensure we have a pipeline of talent for future vacancies
  • Assisting with the evolution, innovation and development of our TA processes, employer brand, DE&I, Applicant Tracking System (Eploy) and careers site
  • Reporting on TA related metrics for your assigned vacancies and business areas, identifying areas for improvement
  • Understand and be clear of role profiles and relevant salary and grading structure to support the recruitment process
  • Assisting the wider talent team recruitment activity for Early Careers opportunities including Apprenticeships and Graduates
On top of working for the UK’s leading integrated health and safety experts, you’ll also receive:
  • A competitive starting salary plus bonus
  • 32 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays which rises with service, plus the option to purchase up to 5 more days each calendar year
  • 2 fully paid Community Volunteering days every year
  • An excellent pension (up to 8% Arco contribution) and x4 Life Assurance scheme
  • A huge range of discounts to help with cost of living via Perkbox plus Employee Discount on Arco products
  • Free, 24-hour access to our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Health Cash Plan where we'll reimburse up to 100% of everyday healthcare costs
  • Access to our Learning Management System, to support your personal and career development
  • Long-term service awards – we’re proud to have employees who have worked for us for 40 years
The ideal Talent Acquisition Partner will be/have:
  • Previous experience of end-to-end talent acquisition in a large, fast paced, sales focused organisation, with the ability to work unsupervised and manage own workload
  • Excellent sourcing skills, with previous experience of using candidate databases and social media to attract quality talent
  • Knowledge and/or experience of developing external employer brand
  • Experience of using and developing an Applicant Tracking System (Eploy preferred but open to any ATS experience)
  • Ability to build close working relationships with team colleagues and internal/external stakeholders
  • Experience of Early Careers recruitment and attractions including Apprenticeships and Graduates
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and flexibility to meet the needs of the business
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to take a confident and diplomatic approach with colleagues and candidates at all levels
  • Up to date knowledge of relevant employment legislation
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
