An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the existing Moving and Handling Team in the role of a Bank Moving and Handling Trainer.
The successful candidate will have experience of direct patient care, a passion for high quality moving and handling and a teaching/training qualification or willingness to work towards one.
This will include training in the classroom as well as training and support within the workplace
To be responsible for delivering and evaluating an efficient and effective Mandatory and Statutory training programme to all staff.
Working with administrative colleagues to contribute to the effective timetabling and running of the Mandatory and Statutory training at Sirona sites and a range of external community venues, attending in person wherever possible, ensuring staff are welcomed and the training sessions run smoothly.
Advise staff face-to-face or virtually with queries to help achieve compliance and competency and direct to useful resources/guides. Also assist staff to navigate the learning management system successfully where needed.
