BCoT's Foundation Learning department provides a range of inclusive courses to students who require additional support with emotional, social, behavioural and learning needs. Students receive 1:1 support, smaller class settings and increased differentiation and varied teaching styles. Alongside the curriculum, students are supported to develop techniques for emotional regulation, social skills and independence skills.
We are looking to recruit a motivated, dynamic and reliable individual in the day-day delivery within the specialist department. The post holder will work within the team to facilitate the delivery of vocational subjects such as cooking skills, sports/exercise, personal and social development, employability and life skills. The post holder will be determined and committed to develop learners with a wide range of needs. The post holder will be expected to develop physical, emotional, social, intellectual and employability skills for each learner.
