We are seeking an Artwork Coordinator to join our fast growing team!
You will play a crucial role in supporting our key clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales order & artwork processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.
Duties:
- Processing orders and artwork for key clients accurately & on time
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and requests
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone & email
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our key client receive excellent customer service.
Essential Skills:
- Experience with a professional layout design program (Corel Draw or Indesign)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating discounts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Experience:
- Use of Business Management Software for creating quotes and estimates
- Use of a web based order management portal for processing of client requirements
