Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with clients. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts. Proficiency in English is highly desirable, as it will enable effective communication with a diverse clientele.
OTE(On target earnings) £1.25-4k+/month (No base)
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings while maintaining a professional demeanour.
- Utilise GHL CRM or similar software to track interactions and manage client information accurately.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the calling process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and conversion rates.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance telemarketing skills and product knowledge.
- If you’re a top performer and an A player then you can be promoted within the company to Setter or Closer as well.
- Can invest at least 3hrs/day into this & hitting daily KPIs
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is essential;
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly GHL, is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing client information.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, contributing positively to group objectives.
This is fully remote and flexible working hours within UK timezone 9am-5pm.
