QA Higher Education, London OR Birmingham Based

Fulltime & Permanent Opportunity, Hybrid Working    

Do you have a background in recruitment administration or education administration or perhaps you have dealt with international student recruitment through working with an agency? Are you used to a fast-paced role where attention to detail, ability to multi-task and have good IT skills are a must? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!   

About our role: As an Administrator within our International Student Recruitment team, you will manage the end-to-end administrative process for international student applications—from enquiries through to enrolment on undergraduate or postgraduate courses in the UK.

Here’s some of what’s involved: (click through to see the full JD)

Deliver exceptional customer service to students, agents, and partners.

Guide applicants through the full application cycle, including interviews, documentation, and visa support.

Manage student pipelines and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.

Collaborate with International Officers and Regional Managers to help exceed sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with representatives and internal teams.

Bring your experience:

Previous experience working within a university or in higher education.

A self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Focused and customer oriented.

Demonstrable success in building good relationships with key internal and external

stakeholders

Able to multi-task and deliver to an agreed timescale.

Experience working with international students and home students (desirable)
