Job Title: Administrator

Job Summary:
As a Administrator, you will be responsible for the effective setup and coordination of new applications across the business. Your role will involve liaising with field agents, photographers, and contractors to arrange appointments and property viewings. Additionally, you will coordinate estate agent valuations and work closely with both professional and lay executors to arrange suitable appointment dates and times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet targets set by the company, ensuring consistent performance.
- Uphold and demonstrate PSG values in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
- Strictly adhere to company processes and policies at all times.
- Set up new property valuation applications within the company database, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Coordinate property valuations with local estate agents.
- Arrange property viewings with field agents as required.
- Organise Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for properties.
- Raise and manage invoices within internal systems.
- Draft valuation reports for probate purposes.
- Arrange photography services for properties being placed on the market.
- Undertake any additional ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with database management and record-keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and proactive problem solver.

Driving licence and access to a car is essential due to the location of the office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
